Contrary to popular belief, studies show that Greek university students have an overal higher GPA than their non-Greek peers.
Members of Alpha Omicron Pi understand that the main reason for attending college is to get a higher education. Lambda Eta takes great pride in our academic success, ranking very high in our overall GPA among the GVSU Greek Community for many semesters. We put academics before everything else and work hard to maintain a strong academic reputation on campus.
Our chapter encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs implemented by our Vice President of Academic Development designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by our fellow members makes success attainable.
Study tables are held every day at the library or in our chapter's study room. Homework is never fun, but studying with sisters makes it so much better! With everyone working towards the same goal of academic success, we encourage each other to do our best and stay on track all year long.
